Online and offline editor for this documentary commissioned by PioneerDJ / AlphaTheta. The film is a deep dive into Ibiza’s history and its pivotal role in global dance music culture, looking at the island’s rise to prominence and the complex relationship between the clubbing industry and the local community.
Filming began prior to the COVID-19 lockdowns, which shaped a significant part of the story. In collaboration with directors Laurence Koe and Dan Tait, we structured the narrative across various interviews—featuring Carl Cox, Fatboy Slim, and Charlotte De Witte — and balanced that with archive footage to look at the past, present, and future of the island.
